Duncan will discuss the opportunities that exist for domestic and international banks to leverage existing client assets into new and innovative services that will expand revenue opportunities. Through strategies of "service convergence", Duncan will address the issues related to the development of branch banking, online banking, and private banking into new realms of merchant and investment banking, insurance, investment, wealth management consulting, and trust services. This session will discuss the strategies and planning issues related to identifying, introducing and sustaining new lines of financial service revenues in a manner that will enhance and solidify a bank's existing brand and core competencies.
