Our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department is currently seeking an associate with a minimum of three years’ experience to join our highly regarded Employment Service Practice Group in our Calgary Office. The Department is among the largest in Western Canada and the Practice Group is highly esteemed in Alberta. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be qualified to practice law in Alberta and have the following credentials:
- Qualified to practice law in Alberta;
- Minimum 3 years of experience with significant Labour and Employment experience and a track record of achievement;
- Superior academic credentials reflecting intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous learning;
- Excellent analytical, communication and drafting skills, sound judgment and technical excellence; and
- A proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
