We are currently recruiting for the following role in our Calgary office:

Hospitality Clerk

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for hospitality services on assigned floors. Includes delivery and set-up of food and beverage orders, clearing meeting rooms of hospitality materials, and replenishing supplies in all areas
• Maintaining boardrooms and supplies on assigned floors
• Maintaining Café rooms on assigned floors (cleaning dishes, counters, refrigerators and all other appliances, replenishing stock and making coffee to maintain a steady supply for staff and clients
• Set-up and take-down of boardrooms in client centre, and other meeting spaces
• Regular disinfecting of high touch surfaces within kitchens and boardrooms
• Kitchen inventory control
• Meeting Health and Safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work independently with little supervision, planning and organizing everyday tasks with little supervision
• Must be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be adaptable, flexible and forward thinking, adjusting to changing priorities when needed
• Must maintain high standards for cleanliness
• Must display professionalism at all times
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Computer Skills: Outlook, Word
• Experience in a hospitality services related industry is an asset
• Smart Serve certificate is an asset
• Food Safety certificate is an asset
