<h2>Qualifications:</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Post-secondary education in Information Technology</li>
    <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure and M365 design and administration roles</li>
    <li>Hold Microsoft Azure certification (preferably Microsoft Azure Administrator)</li>
    <li>Hold at least ONE other certification MCITP / MCSE / VCP being a definite asset</li>
    <li>Working knowledge of EMC storage arrays UNITY and VPLEX being a definite asset</li>
    <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL database and SharePoint is considered an asset</li>
    <li>Working knowledge of Azure Local being a definite asset</li>
    <li>Minimum 8 years of experience excelling in a server administrator role</li>
    <li>Enterprise Messaging - Microsoft Exchange online, Outlook mobile</li>
    <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2016+</li>
    <li>Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 (deployment and administration)</li>
    <li>VMware vSphere 7/8 (administration)</li>
    <li>Working knowledge of Cisco UCS system</li>
    <li>Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Copilot in tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, or Teams to enhance productivity and decision-making</li>
    <li>Working knowledge of generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini</li>
    <li>Competent technical writing skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and step-by-step how-to guides for internal teams or end users, are a definite asset</li>
    <li>Ability to make sound and logical judgments</li>
    <li>Sense of responsibility and can-do attitude</li>
    <li>Able to work on multiple projects at any one period</li>
    <li>Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills</li>
    <li>Strong customer service orientation</li>
    <li>Ability to conduct research into issues and products as required</li>
    <li>Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast pace, high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations</li>
    <li>Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language</li>

    <li>Compensation: $73,000 &ndash; 110,000 per annum</li>
