Olivia D'Innocenzo assists with banking and commercial lending transactions. She is involved in various aspects of a loan transaction from commencement to closing and reporting.
Olivia also helps clients by:
- conducting, reviewing, and summarizing due diligence searches;
- drafting security documents and ancillary documents; and
- registering security documents in relation to financing or refinancing of real and personal properties in the Personal Property Registry (in Canada and the United States) and the Intellectual Property office.
Olivia is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
