Blackstone, the world's largest alternative asset manager, announced that funds managed by Blackstone Energy Transition Partners have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DarkVision Technologies Inc. from Koch Engineered Solutions, a unit of Koch, Inc.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in North Vancouver, British Columbia, DarkVision is the leader in advanced ultrasound imaging technologies used for the inspection of critical industrial infrastructure, serving a broad range of customers across global industrial and energy markets. The transaction reflects the convergence of the energy, industrial and technology sectors.
