Overview

Meg is responsible for the operation and administration of the student development program in Toronto. In her role, Meg oversees all aspects of the student experience, including law school recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, mentoring and professional development. She plays an active role in initiatives that support the growth and success of the students in the Toronto office while helping them navigate the transition from law school to practice. She works closely with firm leadership, lawyers and business professionals to support the recruitment, mentorship and professional growth of our legal talent.

Meg brings a unique perspective to her role, having summered and articled with Bennett Jones before practicing as a commercial real estate associate with the firm for 5 years. Her experience in practice, combined with her firsthand experience as a student at Bennett Jones, gives her a well-rounded understanding of the transition from law school to legal practice and the professional development of future lawyers.

Meg is a member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP), the Ontario Bar Association and a former member of Toronto CREW.
