Bennett Jones LLP is pleased to announce that Perry Spitznagel has been appointed Managing Partner of the Bennett Jones Calgary office and Vice-Chair of the firm.
Perry joined the firm in 1982 and is recognized internationally as a leading Canadian corporate and mergers and acquisitions lawyer. He has extensive experience with takeover bids, corporate financings, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and corporate governance matters, acting for clients in some of the largest transactions in Canada. Perry also serves as a director for several companies.
