Ruth is regularly retained by leading global organizations for her expertise on privacy regulatory compliance, data management and governance (including breach preparedness, privilege and outsourcing), managing cyber-attacks, transactional opportunities and risks relating to data and cybersecurity, as well as novel issues of privacy, data and cybersecurity law.
