Jackson Spencer

Jackson helps clients to resolve complex litigation issues through negotiation mediation and where necessary trial proceedings. Clients he has worked with include real estate developers, automakers, railway companies, sports teams, health authorities and individual business owners.

He is committed to delivering smart practical and efficient legal advice to clients facing high stakes commercial disputes. Jackson prides himself on his ability to advocate effectively for clients, both in writing and—where necessary—in Court. Jackson values effective communication with clients and draws on his experience in class actions defence and consumer claims to implement strategies that are responsive to client objectives.

Jackson earned his BA (Hons) from Carleton University in 2017 and his JD from the University of Toronto in 2022. Before being called to the bar he summered and articled with Bennett Jones.
