Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited, in a $200-million loan made available by Canada Enterprise Emergency Funding Corp. (CEEFC) under the Large Employer Emergency Financing Facility (LEEFF). The LEEFF loan to Gateway was the first loan advance of its kind.
Vancouver Airport Fuel Facilities Corporation, in its $330-million offering of Series I bonds through RBC Capital Markets.
Kensington Capital Partners and Kensington Private Equity Fund in the $35-million acquisition and related financing through its portfolio company, Clearpoint Health Network Inc., of the surgical and medical centres business of Centric Health Corporation, a TSX listed company, and subsequent reorganization of Clearpoint . Wells Fargo Capital Finance Corporation Canada, in the acquisition financing of Trillium Health Care Products.
Vancouver Airport Fuel Facilities Corp., in its $115-million offering of 3.653% Series G Bonds.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited, $483-million sale and leaseback of three flagship properties in British Columbia and concurrent refinancing of existing debt.
Signal Hill Equity Partners, in the acquisition financing of ARA Engineering Ltd.
Canadian counsel to a European bank, in the financing of an international retail clothing chain.
Canadian counsel to a UK-based and Africa-focused oil and gas company, in its US$2.5-billion refinancing.
Parkland Fuel Corporation, acquisition financing of Chevron Canada's downstream fuel business.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited, $200-million acquisition of two bundles of Casinos from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLGC) and refinancing which included a $125-million senior secured revolving credit facility, a US$440-million senior secured term loan facility and US$255 million of second priority senior secured notes due 2024 led by Morgan Stanley, and including SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, BMO Capital Markets, Macquarie Capital, CIBC Capital Markets, National Bank of Canada Financial Markets and ING.
