Sabrina Bandali will participate as faculty in the upcoming Osgoode Certificate in Managing Legal and Business Risk in the Supply Chain. She will be speaking on the topic of Trade Agreements and Customs Affecting Canada and Canadian Business.
This is a new certificate program offered by Osgoode and provides an up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of the current state of cross-border transactions, identifies the legal and business risks throughout the supply chain process, and provides strategies to mitigate and manage them successfully.
