Mark Lewis taught a course for the Continuing Education Society of British Columbia on investment restrictions and vacancy taxes and the impacts on developers. Mark Lewis and Shauna Towriss covered the following subjects:
- Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act;
- Property Transfer Tax Act;
- Speculation and Vacancy Tax Act;
- Underused Housing Tax Act; and
- the Empty Homes Tax Bylaw.
