Drone Delivery Canada Corp. and Volatus Aerospace Corp. announced the successful completion of their merger of equals announced on May 21, 2024, pursuant to which Drone Delivery Canada acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Volatus by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).
Bennett Jones acted as legal counsel to Drone Delivery Canada and the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Drone Delivery Canada.
