Overview
Zaafar Mahmood maintains a broad corporate commercial law practice, with a focus on commercial transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters, including asset and share purchase transactions, amalgamations, corporate reorganizations and commercial aspects of restructuring and insolvency.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Zaafar completed his summer and articling terms with the firm.
