Managing Intellectual Property released its 2017 edition of IP STARS and Dominique is included for the second year in a row for Canada. Top 250 Women lists the world’s leading female IP practitioners who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year.
Dominique is Head of IP Litigation at Bennett Jones and is a partner and trademark agent in the Toronto office. Her practice involves all aspects of IP litigation, with particular emphasis on litigation and advisory work involving pharma/biotech patents, trademarks, IT, and regulatory aspects of food, drugs and cosmetics. Dominique also prosecutes trademarks and counsels on high-value brand portfolio matters. She regularly structures complex litigation settlements and advises on the IP and regulatory aspects of commercial arrangements.
Dominique writes, speaks and teaches on written and oral advocacy, litigation and intellectual property topics.
Before joining Bennett Jones, Dominique practised for several years at a major law firm in New York. She is admitted to practice in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
