Overview

Karly Descoteaux is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group where she represents borrowers and lenders across a broad spectrum of financing transactions. 

Karly regularly advises a diverse range of domestic and international credit providers, including commercial banks, institutional lenders and alternative lending platforms, as well as borrowers and financial sponsors. She has significant experience negotiating both domestic and cross-border syndicated loan financings, first lien and second lien credit facilities and complex intercreditor arrangements. Her work also extends to restructurings and other debt capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Karly worked at another national firm.
