Bennett Jones partners, Vasilis Pappas and Chris Petrucci, presented a webinar on International Arbitration to the CBA Construction Law Section, where they touched on international commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration and its application to the construction industry.
Vasilis is the Head of International Arbitration at Bennett Jones, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Calgary where he teaches Commercial Arbitration and Investor-State Arbitration. Chris is a Partner and member of the Construction group at Bennett Jones, and is an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association Construction Law Section – Alberta South.
