Bennett Jones has been ranked a 2016 Canada's Top Employers for Young People, the 4th consecutive year Bennett Jones has been selected as a winning organization.

"It's an honour to once again be recognized as a Top Employer for Young People," said Hugh MacKinnon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bennett Jones. "We work hard to be the law firm of choice for young lawyers and staff and design our programs to provide the best legal training and hands-on experience in all of our practice areas."

First published in 2002, Canada's Top Employers for Young People is an editorial competition organized by the Canada's Top 100 Employers project. This special designation recognizes the employers that offer the nation's best workplaces and programs for young people just starting their careers. The employers on this list are Canada's leaders in attracting and retaining younger employees to their organizations.

“The winning organizations recognize that younger employees are where the new ideas come from,” says Kristina Leung, Senior Editor of the Canada's Top 100 Employers project at Mediacorp Canada Inc., which manages the competition. “Making your workplace attractive to younger employees brings in new ways of thinking about your business model, both in terms of technology and how your organization delivers its key products and services.”
