Bennett Jones won best-of-the-year honours as a firm, as litigators and for its work in the 2023 Canadian Benchmark Litigation Awards. Benchmark’s awards presentation recognized Bennett Jones in four award categories:
- Class Action Litigator of the Year, Mike Eizenga
- Competition Litigator of the Year, Emrys Davis
- Energy/Resources Firm of the Year
- Impact Case, Commissioner of Competition v. Rogers Communications et al
Bennett Jones also topped the charts with five of the Top 50 Trial Lawyers in Canada and 40 leading litigators ranked across various categories.
