Overview
Nicholas Emter has a broad corporate commercial practice. He assists domestic and international companies and private equity firms on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and securities offerings. Nicholas also assists clients with general corporate and securities law matters, including company organization and corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Nicholas articled with the firm and worked at an industry leading midstream oil and gas company.

TriWest Capital Partners in connection with the sale of its portfolio company, ZyTech Building Systems LP, to Dick's Lumber, a banner of RONA Inc., a portfolio investment of Sycamore Partners.
Rangeland Energy, in connection with the sale of Rangeland Midstream Canada Ltd., whose principal assets include the Marten Hills Pipeline System, to Kingston Midstream Alberta Limited.
