He assists domestic and international companies and private equity firms on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and securities offerings. Nicholas also assists clients with general corporate and securities law matters, including company organization and corporate governance issues. Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Nicholas articled with the firm and worked at an industry leading midstream oil and gas company.
