Samantha provides practical, transaction-focused advice to clients and corporate deal teams on mining real estate and the real property aspects of corporate transactions. She acts on the acquisition and financing of mining properties, including the issuance of title opinions, and supports corporate transactions through real estate due diligence, structuring and implementation. She also provides guidance on land transfer tax matters arising in both property and corporate contexts.

Samantha's earlier experience in a broad commercial real estate practice underpins her understanding of transactional risk and market practice in complex real estate matters.

Samantha is fluent in Mandarin and holds a certificate in Mandarin English business translation and interpretation and The Osgoode Certificate in Mining Law.
