The Financial Post's article, "MPL Insiders to Pay Up", discusses a recent Court decision to rule against two insiders and order the repayment of $1.96 million in excessive management fees. Blair Yorke-Slader, who acted for plaintiff David Carlson, comments, "David Carlson has fought a long and courageous fight on behalf of the minority shareholders, who are the real winners here — the company should finally get back the millions of dollars improperly taken from it by the insiders."
