WSP Global Inc., a leading global professional services firm, announced that it has completed its previously announced US$1.78 billion acquisition of Power Engineers, Incorporated, a prominent US consulting firm with a leading presence in the power & energy sector.
Bennett Jones acted as Canadian legal counsel to Power Engineers.
