Bennett Jones has won the Alberta Impact Deal of the Year in the 2020 IFLR1000 Canada Awards for its work on Canadian Natural Resources Limited’s $3.775 billion acquisition of Devon Canada. Bennett Jones represented Devon Canada Corporation in the transaction.
This is the first year the annual IFLR1000 Awards are honouring the top transactional legal talent in the Canadian market as they acted on the year’s most innovative domestic transactions.
