Overview
Brendan Weiler’s practice encompasses a wide range of management-side labour and employment law matters, including employment standards, human rights issues, accommodation, workforce reductions and employee terminations. He regularly assists with the drafting and implementation of employment agreements, workplace policies and compliance strategies, providing practical guidance to navigate complex legal obligations.
Brendan also has experience representing clients in a variety of employment-related disputes, including wrongful dismissal claims, human rights matters and grievance and interest arbitrations in unionized workplaces. He also provides advice on labour and employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and transitional workforce matters.
