Mediacorp, the creator of Canada's Top Employers, selected Bennett Jones as one of Canada's Top Employers for Young People (2014) for the following innovative programs:

  • A mentoring program to help students transition to junior associates, and offers mentoring to legal assistants, legal summer students, and articling students.
  • Working with post-secondary institutions to hire Legal Assistant practicum students each year.
  • Offering a six-week in-house training program, rotational assignments between departments and opportunities to job-shadow in various areas.
  • Developing a "What We Wish We Had Known! " Guide for law students which includes tips on researching prospective firms for employment, general information about Bennett Jones and what students can expect from their summer or articling experience.

Bennett Jones is also ranked as the 3rd best place to work in Canada, and as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2014.
