Bennett Jones has been nominated for five IFLR Americas Awards 2021, including National Law Firm of the Year. The Awards celebrate the most legally innovative cross-border transactions that closed in 2020.
In selecting finalists, IFLR considers multi-jurisdictional transactions to spotlight work that broke new legal ground, introduced novel structures and instruments, redefined regulatory frameworks and set useful precedents for cross-border deal making.
The winners of the IFLR Americas Awards 2021 will be announced on May 20. In addition to National Law Firm of the Year, Bennett Jones was nominated in the following categories:
