Darcy Legros

As the firm's Chief Legal Talent Officer, Darcy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s talent management strategy for legal professionals. She leads the team charged with student recruitment and programs, lateral associate recruitment and the design and delivery of professional training initiatives. In addition, she manages the firm’s performance review processes, directs professional development programs and supports associates in their progression to partnership. Through her leadership, the firm maintains its commitment to attracting, developing and retaining exceptional legal talent while fostering a culture of excellence and advancement.

Prior to her current role, Darcy maintained a general corporate commercial practice advising clients on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, new business start-ups and corporate reorganizations.
