Sam Kennedy

Sam advises private and publicly listed clients on transactional and corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, as well as capital markets operations and securities compliance.

Since 2024, Sam has been a member of the Emerging Leaders Committee of the Montréal Heart Institute Foundation, contributing to fundraising and community engagement in support of cardiovascular health research, innovation, and access. He also serves on the board of directors of CJE Centre-Nord, a non-profit organization that has been dedicated for more than 20 years to supporting Montréal youth through educational, professional and social assistance.

During his studies at the University of Montréal, Sam spent a semester abroad at the University of Lisbon and completed a clerkship at the Superior Court of Québec. He also received the Roy-Bélanger and LSA Involvement scholarships for his outstanding community involvement and academic record.
