Overview

Jean is a recognized advisor in M&A, private equity and corporate finance providing comprehensive insights in support of his client’s business objectives. He has extensive experience advising private and publicly-listed clients in a variety of industries and sectors on significant transformational transactions. He advises private equity and venture capital clients at each stage of the investment lifecycle from fund formation to fund financing, acquisitions and investments, management of portfolio companies and divestiture strategies.

As a member of the firm's capital markets group, Jean routinely advises issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private financings, takeover bids, plans of arrangement and restructurings. Jean also provides ongoing advice to public companies on their continuous disclosure, corporate governance, and other corporate and securities regulatory compliance obligations.

Jean is fluent in French and English.
