Maruska Giacchetto

Maruska has a broad general litigation practice representing clients in complex commercial and energy industry disputes. Maruska has assisted with matters at the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, the British Columbia Supreme Court and various administrative tribunals.

Maruska is fluent in French and obtained a Certificate of Common Law in French from the University of Ottawa during the completion of her juris doctor at the University of Saskatchewan.

Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Maruska summered and articled with the firm.
