Sabrina Bandali speaks on the panel Section 8 of the Charter: Are the Contents of Your Phone Protected from the Law? at Roundtable of Diversity Associations' 3rd Annual Diversity Conference. The event is held in partnership with the Ontario Bar Association (OBA). The panel will explain the latest cases on search and seizures of personal property by law enforcement officials. It will also address the right to search in light of new technology and impacts on racialized communities.
