Summarize
In Julius Melnitzer's Legal Post article, "Telephone Use in Proxy Fights Needs Refining," Sander Grieve discusses the TeleVote system: “There is a need for safeguards, especially with regard to the question of soliciting and voting taking place during the same call… But it's still an open question, and in my mind it's partly a matter of finding the right technology, and partly a matter of giving advance notice and implementing proper validation procedures… I would only advise a client to engage in televoting if a proper protocol had been developed and was in place.”
