Sabrina Bandali writes on the upcoming Roundtable of Diversity Associations (RODA) annual conference, held in partnership with the Ontario Bar Association. The theme of this year's event is Accelerating a Culture Shift in the Legal Profession. RODA was formed five years ago to celebrate and promote diversity in the legal profession and beyond.
