WSP Global Inc., a leading global professional services firm, announced that it has completed its previously announced US$1.78 billion acquisition of Power Engineers, Incorporated, a prominent US consulting firm with a leading presence in the power & energy sector.

Bennett Jones acted as Canadian legal counsel to Power Engineers.

The Bennett Jones team was led by Kristos Iatridis (Corporate) and included Colin Perry (Securities), Jay Winters, Zachary Thacker (Tax), Christine Plante (Employment) and Luke Stretch (Real Estate).
