Bennett Jones is acting as legal counsel to Magna Mining Inc. in its definitive share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Lonmin Canada Inc., including the Denison Project and the past producing Crean Hill mine in Sudbury.
Magna also announced a private placement offering of up to C$20 million to fund the cash component of the purchase price for the acquisition, as well as ongoing exploration and development activities at the Denison Project.
