Kanwar Brar

Kanwar is a strategic litigator with a broad litigation practice focused on complex commercial disputes, civil fraud and asset recovery, real estate disputes and construction law matters. Kanwar has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Kanwar summered and completed his term as a Lawyer-in-Training with the firm. Kanwar completed a secondment at The Coca-Cola Company gaining valuable in-house experience in corporate and competition/antitrust matters. Kanwar is a member of the Toronto Lawyers' Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the American Bar Association and serves as a registered notary public.
