Kwang Lim practices corporate and securities law, with a focus on private and public mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate finance. In addition to working with clients on a range of corporate, capital markets and M&A transactions, Kwang also has experience with technology transactions, including the protection and commercialization of intellectual property.
Kwang's clients span various industry sectors – including energy, mining, real estate, technology, biotechnology and finance – and include private and public companies, venture and private equity funds, investment banks, portfolio managers, exempt market dealers and cannabis-related issues.
Kwang has lectured on topics such as key provisions in technology agreements and the essentials of contract drafting.
