Kwang Lim practices corporate and securities law, with a focus on private and public mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate finance. In addition to working with clients on a range of corporate, capital markets and M&A transactions, Kwang also has experience with technology transactions, including the protection and commercialization of intellectual property.
Kwang's clients span various industry sectors – including energy, mining, real estate, technology, biotechnology and finance – and include private and public companies, venture and private equity funds, investment banks, portfolio managers and exempt market dealers.
Kwang has lectured on topics such as key provisions in technology agreements and the essentials of contract drafting.
