Aaron Tell has a general litigation practice with a focus on construction disputes, labour and employment, medical malpractice and general commercial litigation. Aaron provides strategic and practical legal solutions tailored to his clients' needs, helping them navigate complex legal challenges.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Glasgow in 2022 and his Master of Laws from the University of Toronto in 2023. During his studies he developed a strong foundation in legal principles and honed his skills in dispute resolution and advocacy.
Aaron was called to the Alberta Bar in 2025 and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta. Before joining Bennett Jones Aaron gained valuable experience working on a variety of litigation matters which allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of his practice areas.
