His meticulous and creative approach ensures clients’ legal matters are handled with precision, whether in negotiation, mediation or the courtroom. He resolves disputes efficiently while minimizing risk and disruption, allowing clients to maintain focus on their business goals.

Active in the legal community, Ethan sits on the Ontario Bar Association Class Actions Executive as the Secretary. He serves as a co-editor of the Bennett Jones Class Actions Quick Takes publication and he is ranked by Chambers and Partners in the category of Litigation: Product Liability.
