Lincoln Caylor is interviewed about the proposed crack down on white collar crime by the federal government, stating "We're not getting convictions in the first place. There's not enough resources to do it, and when it does get to the Crown's office, and charges are laid, the Crown's office currently is not set up properly to deal with it."
