John Manley appears on TVO’s The Agenda as part of a panel discussion on risks along the Canada-U.S. border during the pandemic. John and panel members looked at:
- how serious is the threat posed to Ontario by U.S. cities that are still in the thick of the COVID-19 outbreak;
- what new border screening procedures could look like; and
- what the financial impact of more than 60 days of closure for the Canadian and American economy might be.
