Dodge is interviewed on the status of the housing market and on his
predictions on the market's course. Dodge goes on to say,
“Whether there's a bubble or not you can only see after
the fact… if your house price goes down 10% and you've
borrowed 95% of its value, all of a sudden you'd be in hot
water.”
