Globe and Mail article, "Mudrick, FrontFour Fight Lightstream Debt Exchange," Alan Gardner comments on a dispute between Lightstream Resources Ltd and Mudrick Capital Management LP regarding Lightstream's attempts to reduce debt loads by negotiating with some bondholders while leaving others with significant losses: "If you see companies that are struggling, they may well see this as a good test if they run any risks in restructuring some of their debt."
