September 10, 2013

Many lawyers write well. However, even the experts agree, there is always room for improvement. Drawing on examples from diverse legal documents, this interactive session will focus on the most productive sentence-level cuts and edits. Common usage disputes will also be addressed.

Join Bennett Jones and our expert speaker:

 for a BJA professionalism series course which will focus on:

  • The most productive sentence-level cuts and edits;
  • Common usage disputes;
  • Writing compelling and persuasive fact sections; and
  • Making your prose flow.

Ross is the founder and president of Legal Writing Pro, an advanced legal writing training and consulting firm. Ross is passionate about improving lawyers writing and drafting and conducts hundreds of programs a year for many of the world's largest and most prestigious law firms and corporations and for dozens of state and federal agencies and bar associations.
