Bennett Jones is named Canada's Corporate Firm of the Year in the 2022 IFLR Americas Awards.
The firm is also recognized for its role in the M&A Deal of the Year—Canadian Pacific Railway's (CP) historic US$31 billion merger with Kansas City Southern. The transaction will create the first single-line rail network linking the United States, Mexico and Canada.
