Topics of discussion will include "Assessing the evolving landscape of cross-border litigation" and "How securities class actions and regulatory issues in Canada affect business entities north and south of the border."

Held at Jumeirah Essex House in New York City, the presentations given will offer US general counsel and firms more information about the risks and opportunities associated with litigating in Canada.
