Aylmer represents corporate borrowers, sponsors, commercial and investment banks, alternative lenders and other financial institutions in a wide range of domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including syndicated loan transactions, leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, asset-based lending, liability management transactions, distressed financings and debt restructurings. Aylmer's experience covers across a broad range of industries, including financial services, private equity, consumer retail, technology, software, healthcare, energy, infrastructure and telecoms.

Aylmer also has significant experience advising clients on US-style debt financing documentation, navigating US-style debt transactions and the structuring of loans in the United States.

Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Aylmer worked for a leading global firm in New York City specializing in debt and leveraged finance.
